Information you choose to share

When you submit a contact, consultation, shortlist, callback, location, or product inquiry, we store the details you provide so the Millau Design team can respond and follow up. This may include your name, phone number, email address, city, selected products, project requirements, and message.

We use this information for the requested conversation, quotation, sourcing support, project planning, customer service, and related business follow-up. We do not send customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, or free-form messages through the browser measurement events implemented on this site.

Necessary site features

Necessary first-party cookies and session data support secure forms, login protection, request validation, saved shortlists, and continuity while you browse. Disabling browser storage may prevent some of these features from working as intended.

The site may also preserve first-touch and recent campaign information so an inquiry can be attributed to the page or campaign that brought the visitor to Millau Design.

Optional analytics and marketing measurement

Analytics: when enabled by Millau Design and accepted by the visitor, Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics 4 may measure page views, product lists, product views, searches, shortlist activity, WhatsApp actions, and successful lead submissions.

Marketing: when enabled and accepted, Meta Pixel may measure product interest, searches, shortlist additions, WhatsApp contact actions, and leads for campaign reporting.

Optional provider scripts are not requested before the corresponding choice is granted. A visitor can reject optional measurement and continue using the public site.

Your choices

You can accept all optional measurement, reject it, or allow analytics and marketing separately. Choices are remembered for the configured period and can be reopened from the footer.

When a previously granted category is withdrawn, the page reloads so the related optional script is no longer loaded for the new page view.

Retention and security

Business inquiry and CRM records are retained for operational follow-up, customer service, reporting, and legitimate business record keeping. Access is limited to authenticated administration and server operations.

Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed to be risk-free, but the site uses HTTPS, protected sessions, request validation, prepared database statements, and restricted administration.
